Our Current Project
Janet's Project is two-fold. We are fully financing the building of a 4,200 square foot facility to care for 56+ children that are currently in the rescue center. Each of these children have been rescued from sex-trafficking and given a loving home to learn about Jesus! The building we are constructing will house additional children, providing safe dormitories, bath facilities, and teaching spaces. We are also supporting a second orphanage where there are 27 other children. We are fully funding it for one full year!

Meet the Board
Pastor Jody Darden
Pastor Jody Darden came to know Christ in 1986, and that same year he answered the call of God into ministry. Since that time, he has served the Lord with a deep passion for reaching souls, particularly in places often forgotten by much of the church world.
Pastor Darden has been in ministry for 40 years and has faithfully served as the Senior Pastor of Redemption Harvest Church in Knoxville, Tennessee for 37 years. Throughout his ministry he has carried a strong burden for revival, discipleship, and the advancement of the Gospel.
Over the years he has served in many roles including evangelist and youth pastor, traveling to numerous states and countries preaching the Gospel and helping establish churches and orphanages. His heart has always been to see lives transformed and communities impacted through the power of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Darden continues to live with a clear mandate—to touch the world for Jesus and motivate churches and believers to fulfill the Great Commission. He is also the one who first carried the vision for the Global Harvest Coalition, believing that when the Church works together, the Gospel can reach farther and more effectively into the nations.
Pastor Jonathan Sargent
Pastor Jonathan Sargent answered the call to ministry early in life and has faithfully served the Church for many years. He has served in ministry since 2013 and has been the lead pastor of Lick Fork Pentecostal Church since 2018, where he is committed to preaching the Word of God and equipping believers for effective Christian living.
Pastor Sargent is also deeply involved in teaching and writing. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Church History, a Doctorate in Theology, and a PhD in Biblical Studies, and is currently pursuing further studies in Christian Ministry through Pentecostal Theological Seminary.
He is the author of seven books focused on biblical teaching, revival, and Pentecostal theology. In addition to pastoral ministry, he helped establish the Arise Addiction Recovery Program and is a co-founder of the Global Harvest Coalition, a ministry dedicated to mobilizing churches and believers to reach the lost and support missions around the world.
Pastor Sargent is passionate about revival, sound doctrine, and seeing the Gospel carried to the nations.
Rev. Junior Skaggs
Rev. Junior Skaggs was saved at the age of ten and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost at eleven. At eighteen years old, he answered the call of God to the ministry and has faithfully served for more than 38 years.
During his ministry he has served 23 years as a pastor and 15 years as an evangelist, traveling across the nation preaching revivals, youth conferences, and fellowship meetings. His ministry has been marked by a passion for the Word of God, a burden for souls, and a commitment to strengthening the Church.
For the past eight years he has also been actively involved in missions, ministering in the Dominican Republic, Africa, and India, helping advance the Gospel and support the work of the Kingdom around the world.
Rev. Skaggs continues to preach with a deep burden to see lives transformed and the message of Christ carried to the nations.
Ben Johnson
Ben Johnson is a longtime friend and schoolmate of Pastor Jody Darden, a relationship that dates back to their days together in the sixth grade. Their enduring friendship reflects a shared commitment to faith, service, and community.
Ben resides in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he serves as President of Bob Johnson Insurance and as the Managing Partner of Lightwell Insurance Advisors, overseeing operations across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama. Through his professional leadership, he has built a reputation for integrity, excellence, and dedication to serving others.
He is also actively involved in Christian ministry through The Gideons International, helping distribute the Word of God and support evangelistic outreach around the world. Ben and his wife, Carla, faithfully attend Calvary Chapel, where they remain committed to growing in their faith and supporting the work of the Gospel.
State Representative Bill Wesley
Bill Wesley is a born-again Christian who has devoted his life to ministry, public service, and strengthening communities. He served in pastoral ministry for over 24 years, faithfully preaching the Gospel and shepherding congregations.
In addition to pastoral ministry, Rep. Wesley has been actively involved in missions work, helping advance the message of Christ beyond local communities. He also proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to service.
Today he continues to minister as a chaplain serving multiple departments across five counties, providing spiritual support and encouragement to first responders and community leaders.
Rep. Wesley is currently serving his third term as Kentucky State Representative for the 91st District, where he works to strengthen families and communities throughout the region. His heart and passion have been especially focused on advocating for foster children and making a lasting difference in both the community and the state for the Kingdom of God.
Spiritual Advisor: Pastor Frank Cannon
Pastor Frank Cannon has faithfully served in ministry for over 50 years, dedicating his life to preaching the Word of God and serving his community. For more than 15 years he has pastored Faith Christian Center in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he is known for his commitment to sound biblical teaching and a strong passion for community outreach.
In addition to pastoral ministry, Pastor Cannon has also served the community through chaplaincy. He completed training through the Knoxville Police Department Chaplain Program, ministering to law enforcement and first responders throughout Knox County and the surrounding areas.
Pastor Cannon has been married to his wife, Roslyn Russell Cannon, for 68 years, and together they have been blessed with four daughters. When he is not serving the church or community, he enjoys spending time gardening, a hobby that reflects the patience and care he has shown throughout a lifetime of ministry.
